- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent sticking and ensure easy removal of the finished bark.
- Place semisweet chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring thoroughly after each interval, until completely smooth and fully melted.
- Pour the melted semisweet chocolate onto the prepared baking sheet. Use a spatula to spread it evenly into a rectangle approximately 1/4 inch thick.
- In separate microwave-safe bowls, melt the white chocolate chips and colorful candy melts. Microwave each in 20-second intervals, stirring between intervals, until smooth and fully melted.
- Drop spoonfuls of the melted white chocolate and colorful candy melts randomly over the dark chocolate base. Use a toothpick or skewer to gently swirl the colors together, creating a marbled effect throughout the bark.
- Immediately sprinkle the candy-coated chocolates, candy eyes, and Halloween sprinkles generously over the warm chocolate. Press lightly to ensure they adhere to the surface.
- Allow the bark to set at room temperature until firm, approximately 20-30 minutes. For faster setting, refrigerate for 10-15 minutes until completely hardened.
- Once fully set, break the bark into irregular, rustic-sized pieces. Arrange on a serving platter and enjoy.
